Get Started
To begin your family’s application, navigate to Ravenna Hub and create an account. Be sure to create this account using an email address you will have access to throughout the entire admission season, as this will be your primary email contact with the school(s).
After you have created your account, you can view a list of schools in your area using Ravenna. If you would like to explore a school, you can view their application process and sign up for events. If you are in a region with multiple schools, you can choose to apply to one school now and add other schools later. Note that once you have chosen to explore or apply, the school will be aware of your interest.
Shared Forms
In some regions, schools choose to share forms. These shared forms, such as essays or teacher evaluations, make the process easier for you and reduce the amount of time needed to complete an application. Shared (or common) forms are clearly marked, so you’ll always know which schools will be receiving your answers. Be sure not to use a specific school’s name in any of the answers to those questions.
Teacher evaluations and other delegated forms
With Ravenna, you can easily send forms electronically to those who will complete the form on the applicant’s behalf. The most common form is a teacher evaluation or recommendation. Simply enter the teacher’s name and email address in Ravenna, and the teacher will receive an email with a secure link to the form. You can also print a copy of the form if the school requires it.
Privacy
The security and privacy of your data is of the utmost importance to us. We will never sell your information or share your private information with anyone other than the schools you have authorized. The schools using our system will not be able to identify through us what other schools you may be applying to (though some schools may ask that question on their application). We do, however, reserve the right to provide schools with aggregate information about the families applying in their region as such information can help schools better serve their community. Ravenna complies with the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). You will receive a signed release form from parents/guardians authorizing the release of student records to Ravenna and specific Ravenna schools. We are committed to the privacy of student and family data.
