Villa Academy is a Catholic independent school dedicated to excellence in the education of the whole child and guided by the Cabrinian tradition of educating compassionate hearts and confident minds. But as a smaller school, Villa needed to increase exposure with Seattle-area families and continue to build the Villa brand.

The team at Villa Academy believes that there are many families that would be a great fit for Villa. But with a modest marketing budget, Villa Admissions needed to find creative ways to get the Villa name in front of them.
For schools like Villa Academy, Ravenna provides exposure to the exact target audience of Seattle families who are exploring private schools. Ravenna’s integrated inquiry system allows families to easily request more information about Villa and schedule tours. In addition, Ravenna gives Villa the ability to follow-up with these families through targeted email nurture campaigns. Throughout the admissions season, detailed reporting (for the current year and previous years) gives Villa the information they need to optimize their marketing. For example, if applicants are down for a particular grade, Villa can tweak their website or change the focus of their Facebook posts.
By having greater insight into the process from inquiry to decision, Villa Academy believes that Ravenna has enabled them to do a much better job of managing their relationships with applying families. As an example, as the application deadline approached, Villa sent an email to all families who had submitted inquiries through Ravenna inviting them to a future talk at the school. That email prompted a number of families to complete the application process with Villa.
Bringing it all together is the Ravenna support team. Villa reports that support is “spot-on” and is able to quickly address questions as they arise. The Ravenna support team has had a huge impact on the success that Villa has experienced with Ravenna.
